The 2012 vendor application has been posted and the updated market guidelines are listed below.
Returning vendors MUST return their applications and $25 market dues by March 1st to keep their returning vendor status. We will begin responding to new vendor applications after March 1st.

Prospective vendors, please note:
- We are a producer-only market.
- Farmers and other food vendors currently have priority for acceptance to the market.
- New vendors may not be guaranteed a space every week.
- Crafts vendors must be juried prior to being allowed to set up (jury guidelines below).
- There are currently no spaces available for jewelry or tie dye vendors.
- If you are interested in selling at the market, please read the guidelines below and submit an application.

2012 Market Vendor Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Lincoln City Farmers and Crafters Market. Please read the Market Guidelines carefully and fill out the Registration Form. Return it to the Lincoln City Farmers & Crafters Market Association for approval. Pre-registration is required for the 2012 season.
Market Season 2012 Will Start May 6th- And end October 21th,2012
Please note that if you plan to sell prepared food, either hot or value added, or if you are selling nursery stock in excess of $200 a year you must contact the State of Oregon Department of Agriculture or the Lincoln County Health department to acquire the appropriate inspection and license. You will not be allowed to sell unless you have proof of inspection. Any Meat products for sale also require an inspection certificate, and liability insurance.
We are a registered farmers market with DHS so that farmers and food vendors can participate in the WIC Check programs.
If you are interested in selling an art or craft at the market, the items must be handmade by you from raw materials and reflect your own creativity and originality.
All new arts and crafts vendors will be juried before being allowed to sell at the Lincoln City Farmers and Crafters Market. Craft items of questionable origin will not be allowed. Absolutely no re-selling is allowed at the Lincoln City Farmers & Crafters Market. All Farm products must be produced and sold by the grower. Returning vendors, who would like to add a new product line to what you sold last year must have the new item juried by the committee. Spaces are assigned by the market manager on location (Lincoln City Cultural Center -540 NE Hwy 101). Returning vendors will be given priority to receive a regular space.
Returning Vendors must have applications, and annual fee, in by March 1st,2012 . to be considered returning vendor.
New Vendors send in your applications Do Not include membership fee, please include pictures of product and studio or workshop, the product review committee will evaluate your application. If a food or nursery, please include copy of all insurance and licenses.
The manager will do his/her best to keep vendors in the same space from week to week, but they are subject to change.
Vendors, after unloading their vehicle will need to park off premises or in the far back of the rear parking lot after setting up.

2012 Market Guidelines
1. The Market will open Sunday at 9:00 am. Sellers are to arrive at least one hour prior to the market opening and be set up by 9:00. Early arrivals are allowed by 7:00am. You are responsible for letting the Market Manager know in advance if you will not be there. If you are running late, call the market manager at Phone: # 541-921-5745 to avoid losing your space. Anyone not there by 8:00 am or not calling will have no space held.
The Market will close at 3:00pm. No early break downs. The Market Manager, with the consensus of the vendors, will determine if weather is too inclement to stay open.
The Market should be open each week during the Season. Any early departures must be cleared by the Market Manager. Please, breakdown and pack up before moving your vehicle for loading.
2. All sellers must be paid members-in-good-standing of the Lincoln City Farmers & Crafters Market Association. Membership dues are $25.00 annually and new vendors fee are payable on the first day you sell at the Market. In addition to the annual fee, each member must pay a $20.00 booth fee for each day at the Market. The fee entitles the vendor to approximately a 11’ by 11’space, to be assigned within the market, by the market manager. A double space will be $30.00 per week. Upon arrival, vendors must report to info booth/market manager to pay their booth fees before setting up. The manager will show you where your space is.
3. 90% of all produce or merchandise sold at the Market must be grown or made by the seller. NO RESELLING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED at the Lincoln City Farmers & Crafters Market. Any Items sold at the Market, other than agricultural products harvested for consumption, must be juried by Product Review Committee and/or Board of Directors. Vendors with any Items of questionable origin will be asked to remove them.
4. All vendors of baked goods, processed foods, hot foods or value added edibles, must have a valid license for processing such goods as issued by the Oregon Department of Agriculture or the Lincoln County Health Department as applicable. Said vendors must provide proof of liability insurance.
5. Food Vendors must be approved by the Market Manager and/ or the Board of Directors. Proper Licensing and insurance must be presented with registration.Preference to Hot Food vendors will be Lincoln County First. Board of Directors will set number allowed.
6. All vendors of live nursery stock with annual sales exceeding $200.00 must have a nursery license issued by the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
7. All vendors claiming that items sold are organic must be registered with the State of Oregon and be in compliance with the National Organics Standards Act.
8. All vendors must leave their area clean at the end of each Market. Vendors should carry out their own garbage All vendors must comply with state and federal marketing regulations. Vendors must not block fire lanes.
9. Please be considerate of your fellow vendors, customers of the Market and the Market Manager in your conduct at the Market. Any vendor, acting in a manner as to endanger the public or another vendor will be asked to leave and may have their membership revoked. No Drinking of alcohol or Smoking in the Market area. Designated smoking areas are behind the building. Please no smoking on the sidewalks.
10. Vendors must notify the market manager if you are not going to be at the market for your regular assigned space. The Manager will fill spaces not occupied, or if vendor has not called by 8:00 AM.
